Located at Brisbane Airport, this 66m clear span x 50m deep hangar facility incorporates 1,600m² of office and workshop space, and twin 5 tonne gantry cranes in the roof.

Australian Aerospace is wholly owned by the world's largest helicopter manufacturer Eurocopter, itself being part of the European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company (EADS).  The facility is currently used to assemble MRH90 and NH90 tactical troop transport helicopters for the Commonwealth of Australia.

Originally conceived as a much smaller, temporary facility with a six year lifespan, s² added long term value with cost effective design and flexibility that enables Australian Aerospace to own and ultimately rent out a much larger hangar for 737 or A320 aircraft once the MRH90 contract is complete.
