Traditionally designed structures with internal columns render certain amounts of floor space in a facility unusable.  The column free Thalay Thai Fish Market benefits from being able to accommodate more market stalls, thus generating higher revenue for the market owners.

Thalay Thai an example of how Australian based design and technology excellence can be exported and implemented under other country's rigorous codes and approval system.
