19 Corporate Drive is a unique two level office development of lasting economic and social quality located at Southgate Corporate Park in Brisbane.

In order to achieve maximum GLA and functionality, the design incorporates a post-tensioned floor truss system up to 27.5m in clear span, far exceeding industry standard lengths of 8-12m.

Coupled with a hidden arched, post-tensioned roof truss system the steel shell delivers unprecedented open volumes of column free space within the facility.

Electrical, data and building services are contained within the voids of the top and bottom chords of the under-slung floor trusses.
